Custom software and micro-SaaS
When a process in your company consists of three spreadsheets, a WhatsApp thread and one particular person’s memory, that is the point where custom software becomes cheaper than off-the-shelf. We build the tool around your workflow — not your workflow around a finished product.
Who this is for
- Companies spending many hours a month on a recurring manual process.
- Teams entering the same data twice because their systems do not talk to each other.
- Businesses paying for a standard product and never using 80 % of it.
- Founders with a product idea who need a first market-ready version, not a prototype.
Prices and timelines
Fixed price ranges, no open-ended hourly billing. The final fixed price is in the quote before any work starts.

How we work
Process mapping
We look at how the workflow actually runs today — including the workarounds nobody documented.
Scope and fixed price
We cut the first version so it covers the bulk of the effort. The rest comes later, if it turns out to be needed.
Iterative development
A usable version every one to two weeks. You correct course while it is still cheap.
Operation
Handover with documentation, or ongoing development on a monthly basis.
Technology
Backend
Python or Node.js, depending on data processing and library requirements.
Database
PostgreSQL, usually via Supabase — with row-level access rules.
Frontend
React or Next.js for interfaces used every day.
Operations
European hosting, automatic backups, logging and error monitoring.
From our projects
Space Management — room booking

Bridgesteps — WhatsApp campaigns
SaaS for marketing campaign automation over WhatsApp: templates, segmentation and realtime metrics.
Makama — live leaderboard
Charity event webapp: each participant logs reps from their phone, and the audience watches the ranking update live on screen.
Digital wine list
Digital wine list webapp for GansFein. Filter by grape, pairing and region, built on the brand identity we also designed for them.
Frequently asked questions
When is custom software worth it over off-the-shelf?
Roughly: when a process takes more than ten hours a month, or when the standard product forces workarounds that cost time themselves. We work that out openly in the first conversation — including when the answer is that a finished product is cheaper for you.
What does custom software cost?
An internal tool runs between 4,500 and 16,000 euros, a dashboard between 5,000 and 22,000, a full micro-SaaS between 12,000 and 45,000. The range comes from the number of roles, the integrations, and whether billing is included.
Do I own the software afterwards?
Yes. Source code and data are yours, including repository access. There is no licence tying you to us and no lock-in preventing you from moving.
What happens if you are no longer available?
A fair question for a small studio. That is why: mainstream technologies rather than exotic ones, documentation in the repository, and infrastructure on your own accounts. Any developer with React and Python skills can take over.
Can you extend existing software?
Yes, if the code is accessible and in a maintainable state. We look at it first and say openly when rebuilding would be cheaper than repairing.
