Your data stays in Germany.

Hosted in company-owned data centres in Dresden, with a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. Neither your wine list nor your sales data leaves the EU.

Questions
Do I need to buy tablets?
Not necessarily. It runs in any tablet or phone browser, including ones you already own. It installs to the home screen and opens full-screen, like an app.
What happens if the WiFi drops?
The list already on screen keeps working, and a sale recorded offline syncs when the connection returns. A long outage does affect it: this is a connected system, like your till.
Can staff see my margins?
No. Purchase prices and profit require the admin PIN. The waiter PIN allows recording sales and nothing else, and that is enforced on the server, not just in the interface.
How long does setup take?
Usually a week. You send us your list as Excel or CSV, we import it, apply your branding and train you in an hour.
What if I want to leave?
You export your entire list to CSV whenever you like, with one button. No lock-in and no holding your data hostage.
